Landmark Africa is a real estate and property development company based in Lagos, Nigeria, eager to offer Africa and the world at large the entire life cycle of real estate development, from land acquisition to construction management, facilities management and bespoke market research.

We were contacted by Landmark Africa to develop a brand mark and identity to highlight their strong development and business service capabilities. The rebranding and accompanying merchandise design and development would portray their philosophy Live, Work, Play.


Revilo created a meaningful and recognisable visual identity for Landmark Africa. This was achieved by working closely with the management, to review their statutory framework and gain a deeper understanding of their passion, set goals and values, since opening their doors to the African market in 1997.

The brand mark communicates strongly the philosophy of the company through a striking juxtaposing of; colour blue, which symbolises  stability, trust, loyalty, intelligence, reliability, dependability and calm, as well as orange signifying creativity, determination, success and strength.

Once we were sure we had captured Landmark Africa’s brand essence, we worked to roll out across a wide variety of visual communication media including a series of marketing collateral, signage, website development and corporate stationery.


Revilo exceeded expectations and the Landmark Arica team were thrilled with the result; a new visual personality and positive public response meant that the brand focus had hit its mark.
